About the Role

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

  • Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across WA, with a national remit
  • Build and manage your own thriving perm desk
  • Develop strong client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Drive sales and business development activities
  • Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
  • Create innovative sourcing and marketing strategies
  • Represent the Programmed brand with integrity, professionalism and passion
  • Manage administrative and compliance requirements with accuracy
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork
