ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, curious, and future-focused Junior Trend Forecaster to join our Cotton On Women's team. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our much-loved product by supporting our Senior Trend Team with big ideas, trend research, and visual storytelling that inspires.

If you love researching trends, dream in colour palettes and obsess over curating moodboards, you've just found your next step.

You'll be part of the creative team behind our fashion direction—bringing culture, creativity, and commercial thinking together to help guide what our product looks like next. You'll:

•    Research and report on fashion, street style, culture, social and lifestyle 

•    Create moodboards, concept decks and trend stories that spark inspiration

•    Keep our team tuned into what's next across colours, fabrics, prints and silhouettes

•    Support in presenting seasonal direction to internal teams

•    Turn trend insights into ideas our customers will love

•    Help us push boundaries while staying connected to who our customer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You're creative, fashion-obsessed, and passionate about understanding what our customer needs. You've got:

•    A degree or qualification in Fashion, Trend Forecasting, Design or similar

•    A strong understanding of how trends move from the runway to the street

•    A love for colour, fabric, print and detail and a knack for telling those stories visually

•    Confidence in pulling together presentations that wow

•    A go-getter attitude, ready to learn, grow and contribute to something big
