**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have some amazing opportunities for innovative and creative Trend Forecasters at all levels to join the Cotton On Group. We are looking for Trend Forecasters, Specialists and Assistants across our brands to enable our vision of developing and presenting trend concepts that inform trend direction for our brands. You will use your expertise to scan and research the global market to identify current trends that reflect our customer mindset and which align with our brand's vision. We will look to you support and develop big ideas relating to colour, fabric and trends that you can forecast and visually conceptualise to then translate them into commercially driven results. If you are Pinterest obsessed, have a creative flair and a passion for the latest trends and fashion, then a role in Trend could be right for you.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Trend Forecasting, Trend Analysis
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Trend Forecaster role
- Ability to research and analyse current trends and translate them into commercial ideas
- Proven ability to forecast and communicate colour, fabric and print ideas to key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Exposure to sales budgets and experience using historical data to predict future trends
- Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding your category
- Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders, as well as confidence to share big ideas
