About the facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac
About the role he primary function of this role is oversight of Primary Care service delivery so that services operate as an integrated program and deliver responsive, consistent and high quality care. The role is responsible for multi-disciplinary allied health, nursing and administrative teams across a number of sites. The Program Manager has responsibility for budgets, management of staff, clinical and service outcomes and provision of leadership and guidance of staff
The Program Manager combines strong operational management and clinical leadership underpinned by Barwon Health's purpose to deliver the best care to every person, every day
The Program Manager is a driving force for continued innovation and improvement and provides advice and support in strategic, business and service planning
