Primary Care Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinician to lead our Primary Care Health Team in the Eastern Suburbs of Geelong. This role will coordinate daily operations, assist in planning, implementation, and organization of care, ensuring excellent health outcomes for the community.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary care, with experience in coordinating daily operations, planning, and implementing healthcare services. They will be responsible for leading the team, providing person-centered and integrated service delivery, and ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
