Your new role

As General Manager - Hervey Bay, you'll lead one of the businesses major facilities and report directly to the CEO. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, including an Operations Manager, to ensure operational excellence and strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving site performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing financial management, compliance, and safety standards
  • Building strong customer relationships and securing commercial outcomes
  • Leading people and culture initiatives to foster a high-performing team
  • Representing the business in the local community and with key stakeholders

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant strategic influence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership or operations management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead change
  • Experience in industrial laundry, hospitality, or similar process-driven environments (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Business, Operations, Engineering, or WHS (desirable)
  • A collaborative leadership style and proven ability to inspire teams
