Production Assistant – Nations Church Myaree

Part-time – 22.8 hours per week

The position

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Myaree Campus. This is an integral part of the Worship and Production team, providing technical and production support across all WA campuses. The role supports the consistent execution of services, events and projects that align with the church's mission and mandate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all WA campuses with technical installations, maintenance, system upgrades and troubleshooting
  • Deliver technical training and upskilling programs to ensure standardisation and production alignment
  • Provide preparation and operational support for weekly services and major events at Myaree and across campuses
  • Maintain and manage production equipment, software and technical infrastructure
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating production teams
  • Oversee and execute technical components of external and internal events such as Life Equips, weddings, memorials and conferences
  • Contribute to the delivery of major church events such as Easter, Christmas, Vision Sunday and Nations Conference

This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.

MUST-HAVES

The successful candidate will have a technical mindset, a passion to build God's house, a willingness to learn and be challenged, strong problem-solving skills, a desire to grow and the ability to organise and manage their time effectively. Previous experience in a production related role is desirable, along with sound leadership abilities.

Have a strong desire to see the Nations Church's Mandate outworked – that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
