What we look for
To be considered for joining one of our teams as a Dental Assistant we look for:

  • 12 months experience as a Dental Assistant or qualifications in Dental Assisting (willing to learn if you're a trainee)
  • Possess a charismatic, helpful personality – one that makes people smile
  • Be reliable, honest and passionate
  • Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to provide excellent service in a team environment
  • Understand and respect the unique and essential role you will take in the delivery of our service to patients and Dentists
  • Possess current immunisation clearance for Hepatitis B, or be in the process of getting these immunisations

For Leaders we look for:

  • Leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire those around you
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and easily
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in preparing and reporting on budgets, KPI's, business plans and rosters
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to make difficult decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management - from employee rostering and leave management through to coaching and mentoring, performance management, training and recruitment
  • Ideally, experience in the Dental industry, but not essential
