What You'll Do
- Private Label Development - Lead private label strategy and product development
- Sales & Performance – Deliver sales, profit and agreed private label deliveries
- Product Sourcing – Manage & execute effective sourcing relationships with Sourcing Office and manufacturers
- Progress Management – Ensure all deliverables are achieved in line with brand values and contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Management - Develop and manage the relationships with all stakeholders for successful business outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Private label & product development experience in similar role
- China sourcing know-how
- Supply chain, logistics & negotiation skills
- Stakeholder and project management strength
- Passion for delivering great products for outdoor lovers
Bonus Points For
Qualifications in Business, Marketing or Product Design
Background in Category Management or Retail
