We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation undergoing significant transformation, seeking an HR Business Partner to join their evolving People & Culture division.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You'll work closely with Associate Directors and Senior Leaders to execute change programs, manage workforce planning, and deliver P&C solutions that align with strategic and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people projects, org design and run consultations
  • Lead and deliver smaller-scale change and people initiatives with autonomy
  • Collaborate across Talent, Reward, and ER, to ensure seamless HR delivery
  • Coordinate communication, logistics, and scheduling for programs and events
  • Support the Associate Directors and Senior Directors in day-to-day operations
  • Champion process improvement and an exceptional employee experience

This position offers a salary in the range of
$140,000 – $145,000 + super
and is based in
Macquarie Park
. It is easily commutable via the Metro and train station; there is also paid on-site parking for $14 a day.

About You

  • 7–10 years' HR or business partnering experience within large, dynamic environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience leading change and supporting transformation initiatives
  • Confidence working autonomously, coupled with a collaborative approach

You'll be known for your energy, resilience and curiosity, and your ability to deliver with pace while maintaining a people-first mindset.
