FloCryo is seeking an experienced Skin & Body Therapist with a passion for results-driven treatments to take on a full-time Clinic Manager role in our modern wellness and recovery clinic.

At FloCryo, we specialise in advanced treatments including Cryoskin Body Contouring, Cryotherapy, Red Light, Oxygen, Compression Therapy and Neuro-Muscular Stimulation.

We help our clients move better, feel better and look better — every day.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines advanced treatment delivery with daily clinic management.

You'll lead by example, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience while driving team performance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing Cryoskin slimming, toning and facial treatments
  • Conducting client consultations and creating tailored treatment plans
  • Managing clinic operations, bookings and staff schedules
  • Driving client retention, packages and revenue growth
  • Maintaining clinic presentation and service excellence
  • Leading, supporting and developing a small, high-performing team

About You

You're a confident therapist ready to step up into management — or an experienced leader with a strong background in advanced skin and body treatments.

You'll bring:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Experience in body contouring or aesthetic technology (Cryoskin or other fat freezing experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
  • Excellent Sales and negotiating skills
