We are hiring for 2 x Player Accreditation & Ticketing Assistants to join our Players, Tournaments & International Relations team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from Nov 2025 to Feb 2026.

As these are seasonal roles, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December 2025 – February 2026. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the administration and production of player accreditation passes for the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis events
  • Supporting the coordination and distribution of player tickets and player box passes throughout the tournament
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Player Experience and Player Services teams
  • Maintaining player databases, records, and communication channels
  • Assisting with bump-in, bump-out, training preparation, and debrief activities

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in player accreditation and ticketing, or major sporting event operations
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments
  • Strong knowledge of global tennis, tournament structures, and familiarity with professional athletes and stakeholders
  • Availability from Dec 2025 to February 2026, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
