- Drive network efficiency and innovation using data, systems, and stakeholder insights.
- Lead end-to-end planning, optimisation, and support for aviation scheduling systems.
- Permenant position based at our head office in Collingwood.

Join our dynamic team as a
Network Calibration Analyst
and help shape the future of our network and scheduling systems. You'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of our Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, calibrate systems, and identify optimisation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- Capture and manage both functional and technical requirements for Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems.
- Maintain system calibration, configuration, and conduct testing for new software releases.
- Provide end-user training and support across Commercial and Operations teams.
- Conduct data analysis and develop visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform system health-checks during upgrades.
- Identify and model network optimisation initiatives using Amadeus SkySuite.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and track implementation outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Possess a solid understanding of low-cost aviation, Jetstar Airways' network, and scheduling fundamentals.
- Exhibit strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management abilities, with the flexibility to work across cultures.
