Role Outline

This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in 2026.

The Year Coordinator is a key pastoral and educational leader responsible for the holistic development of students within a designated year level. This role supports the College's mission by fostering a culture of faith, learning, inclusion, and personal growth in alignment with Salvado's Catholic values.

Your day will look like:

  • checking in daily with staff and students

  • leading and supporting academic and personal growth of students

  • encouraging student engagement

  • building a strong, respectful and inclusive year-level culture
  • building strong, positive relationships with parents/carers to support the wellbeing and development of students
Requirements for the Role
  • A tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration
  • A current Working with Children registration
  • To be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
  • To be working towards or have completed the Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
