An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team at DFO Moorabbin, VIC.

As a Store Manager at Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

About You:

  • Possess excellent communication skills and are truly passionate about customer service.
  • Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's.
  • Are able to lead from the front, coach and mentor your team.
  • Want to further your retail career in a fast paced, performance-based team environment.
  • Take pride in your personal presentation and style.
  • You must be available to work weekends.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:

  • Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer.
  • Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Responsibility for your team's recruitment, development and performance.
  • Visual merchandising according to company directives.
  • Stock management.
  • Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store.
  • Lead, coach and mentor your team to success.
