An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team at DFO Moorabbin, VIC.
As a Store Manager at Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
**About You**:

- Possess excellent communication skills and are truly passionate about customer service.
- Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s.
- Are able to lead from the front, coach and mentor your team.
- Want to further your retail career in a fast paced, performance-based team environment.
- Take pride in your personal presentation and style.
- You must be available to work weekends.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:

- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer.
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance.
- Visual merchandising according to company directives.
- Stock management.
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store.
- Lead, coach and mentor your team to success.
