Position Overview
As a team member, you will be supported in your growth by having the opportunity to take on our ever-growing new client enquiries and be offered opportunities to grow your clientele and expand your skill set through in salon hair extension training and execution.
Bonus targets will be put in place to help you reach your full earning capacity and support will be given to help you achieve your goals. We ask that you also bring creativity, and a genuine love for the craft.
Whether you love delivering flawless colour transformations, executing precision cuts, or providing expert advice, you will help set the standard for excellence in salon.

About You
You are a talented and dedicated professional who takes pride in your work. You possess strong willingness to learn, creative flair, and a genuine passion for making people look and feel their best. Your ability to connect with clients and team members sets you apart from others.
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications and certifications (Certificate III in Hairdressing or currently completing training).
- Good knowledge of cutting and colouring techniques, including balayage, ombre, foiling, styling, and toning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work when rostered, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about ongoing professional development and keeping up with industry trends.
- Experience with retail product recommendations and upselling is advantageous.
