HR Advisor

The opportunity:
A purely functional role which will be responsible for supporting and delivering a broad range of projects and programs in the HR portfolio. This includes performing research, data analysis and reporting relating to employee productivity and performance.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Develop and maintain Remuneration & Benefit and Reward & Recognition programs (RBRR).
- Support the design and development of HR policies, processes and practices.
- Oversee and improve the various employee reward and recognition programs.
- Provide evaluation and design of current and new reward and recognition programs and tools.
- Provide data analysis and reporting across RBRR programs and processes.

Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in HR with similar experience in HR programs
- Strong understanding of remuneration and benefits principles as well as experience in managing reports.
- Project management skills with a human centred approach
- Comfortable using an HRIS system.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
