The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement & Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across Rauland. Reporting to the General Manager – Client Services, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that optimise processes and tools, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer outcomes. This is a new role with opportunity to make a real impact across the whole business.

What you will be responsible for:
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives that deliver efficiency, cost savings, and support enhanced client outcomes.
• Design, embed, and maintain continuous improvement frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including audits, accreditation, and regulatory obligations.
• Review and align policies, procedures, and processes with business and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance and quality metrics, using data insights to drive ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to build ownership, accountability, and engage in improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration to uplift capability and embed sustainable improvement.
What we're looking for:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, or Quality Management (or related).
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence programs in complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in process optimisation and measurable performance outcomes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels.
• Experience managing audits, accreditation programs, and compliance obligations.
• Strategic, analytical, and collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset and the resilience to navigate change.
