With a reliable and growing list of clients and a strong pipeline of projects we require the immediate start of an experienced Civil Designer in a permanent full-time position.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a professional with experience in either Civil 3D or 12D and in AutoCad drafting and civil design and documentation including a background in earthworks, roadworks, and drainage in addition to underground civil infrastructure services (water and sewer).

As an experienced Civil Designer you will work in a team with other Designers and you will be responsible for delivering Civil 3D or 12D model design and production of AutoCAD drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering; and/or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • 3+ years' designing and drafting experience in an engineering consultancy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of competent and independent use of civil design software packages such as Civil 3D and/or 12D Model
  • Extensive road infrastructure design and urban development design experience
  • The ability to undertake projects and tasks while working to tight deadlines or as set by stakeholders and clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
