Salary based on your qualifications and experience. Salary sacrifices options and salary packaging benefits with Maxxia (including venue hire, meals, entertainment and novated leasing) so you have great potential to maximise your take home pay.Be part of a university-owned, innovative academically integrated healthcare organisation where professional development, ongoing education and career progression are supported and encouraged.The RoleMacquarie University Health is recruiting for an experienced health professional to join the Perioperative Services team as a Nurse Manager.  This role is an essential part of the leadership team, as you will oversee all anaesthetics, recovery and perfusion services delivered to patients at Macquarie University Hospital.  As the Nurse Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality clinical care, all in an effort of providing exceptional operational excellence for our patients.This position will also provide you with an opportunity to closely collaborate with a range of medical professionals including Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Theatre Management, and Nurse Unit Managers. Your involvement in these partnerships will help build positive patient outcomes, staff engagement and ensure optimal clinical performance across all Perioperative Services.
