Lead the Future of our Retail business at CS Energy

CS Energy is looking for a visionary Head of Retail to define and deliver our retail strategy in a dynamic energy landscape. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of CS Energy's retail vision, driving customer growth, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving outstanding commercial, compliance, and customer outcomes.

As the Head of Retail, you'll oversee the full spectrum of retail operations, including sales, pricing and product development, marketing and broker partnerships, customer retention and account management.

This is your opportunity to grow a retail business that makes a real impact, connecting CS Energy with large business and industrial customers through smart, sustainable, and customer-focused energy solutions.

You'll translate market insights into innovative products and services, all while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and risk management that drives long-term success.

About You

You're a senior retail or commercial energy leader with a deep understanding of the National Electricity Market and its regulatory landscape. You bring a proven record in developing and executing retail strategy, negotiating complex commercial deals, and leading teams through growth and transformation.

You combine commercial discipline and agility with a strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across industry, government, and enterprise environments.
