We're Hiring | Bar & Events All-Rounder

Cocktails, coastlines & a crew that feels like besties – sound like your kind of shift?

Aquavue Beachfront Bar & Eatery in beautiful Hervey Bay is on the lookout for a switched-on, people-loving, drink-slinging superstar to join our team as a part-time Bar & Events All-Rounder – with the potential to step into a future full-time role for the right person.

Whether you're behind the bar, running drinks, welcoming guests, or helping set the stage for one of our epic events, no two days (or sunsets) will ever be the same.

The Role:

As a Bar & Events All-Rounder, you'll be one of the go-to faces of Aquavue, serving up good vibes, cold drinks, and great memories. We're looking for someone who can:

  • Pour a perfect beer, shake a solid cocktail, or at least learn fast
  • Deliver warm, genuine service (bonus points for beach banter)
  • Stay cool and collected when things heat up
  • Jump into events, functions & weddings with energy and style
  • Work the floor, bar, or help out wherever the team needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a bar, front-of-house or events role
  • RSA certification (or ready to get it, stat)
  • Availability for part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A team player with a great attitude and willingness to grow
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and beachside environment
