We're opening a brand-new café in Surfers Paradise this December — a vibrant space serving great coffee, fresh food, and good vibes. We're looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support our chefs in creating a fantastic guest experience.

What You'll Do

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping with prep, cleaning, and general kitchen support to ensure everything runs efficiently. No experience? No problem — we'll show you the ropes

Your role includes:

  • Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
  • Keeping the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organised
  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchenware
  • Receiving and storing deliveries
  • Supporting the team during busy service times
  • Following all food safety and hygiene practices

What You Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
  • Reliability and flexibility — early starts and weekend shifts included
  • Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
