Company Overview: With nearly two decades of experience in the aviation industry, 145 Aviation Services Pty Ltd, which trades as Skygard,  has established itself as a trusted leader in aircraft appearance management.  We take pride in ensuring that our clients' aircraft not only perform at their best but also look impeccable.  As we continue to expand our services, we are now seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our Cyclean Engine Wash team.

Position:  Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)

Location: BRISBANE AIRPORT

Job - Type: This is a casual role with flexible Monday to Friday shifts,  mainly in the evening.   Weekend shifts will be possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cyclean Operations: Perform aircraft engine gas path washes to the highest industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out with precision and meets our company's stringent quality and OHS requirements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate specialised equipment.
  • Safety: Uphold our commitment to safety protocols and regulations in all operations
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our planning team, management and customers to coordinate work schedules and ensure aircraft are ready for service on time.
  • Documentation: complete all required documentation and update the electronic systems

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
  • Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
  • Be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
  • Have a working knowledge of computer-based maintenance management systems.
  • Hold a C Class drivers' licence.
  • Applicant must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
