CNC Machinist Milling and or Turning

We are a small family-run CNC machining company based in Mordialloc, looking for a reliable and hands-on machinist to join our team.

We are seeking someone with experience in CNC milling and/or turning. The role will involve:

• Setting and operating CNC machines (Fanuc controls & Okuma machines)
• Cutting and preparing bar stock
• Inspecting parts to ensure they meet drawings and tolerances
• Assisting with general workshop duties when not on the machines
• Helping with production runs
• Helping with unloading trucks and handling deliveries

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in CNC machining (milling and/or turning)
• Confident working with Fanuc controls and Okuma lathes/mills
• Skilled in part inspection and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Able to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Willing to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever needed
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• A team player with a positive attitude
