6-month appointment pool.

We currently have one 12-month full-time appointment available immediately from our Munster Campus.

Applications are encouraged from people interested in full-time or part-time fixed term appointments, permanent employment and casual hours.

Suitable applicants will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise up to 6 months from the first appointment.

About the role

The lecturer's primary role is to teach, facilitate learning, assess and mentor students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements. Lecturers also undertake Professional Activities (PA) and Activities Related to Delivery (ARD).

In order to maintain quality educational services, lecturers are required to keep abreast of technological and other developments in their field through professional development to provide up-to-date information and advice to the College and industry, where appropriate.

To be successful in this role it is desirable for you to have a Certificate II or IV in Autonomous Workplace Operations (or equivalent). The successful applicant will also have at least 5 years of vocational experience relevant to this position with an ability to facilitate and encourage learning.
