Transport Administrator

This role suits an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys supporting busy transport operations. Based at our Tully depot, you will coordinate driver paperwork, maintain fleet compliance records, assist with audits and support accurate payroll and documentation processes. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication – verbal and written
• Good computer literacy and numeracy
• Ability to work under time-critical conditions
• Knowledge of transport operations and compliance (highly regarded)
• Flexible approach to working hours and depot support

Key Responsibilities

• Debrief driver paperwork including logbooks, PODs, and temperature sheets
• Maintain and update fleet records, permits, and registration documents
• Assist with TruckSafe and NHVR audits and compliance reporting
• Support payroll with accurate pay sheet submissions
• Respond to driver queries and assist with logbook compliance
• Barcode and scan documents for electronic filing
• Liaise with insurers and regulatory bodies for vehicle updates
