We are seeking a Psychologist (including Provisional Psychologists), Rehabilitation Counsellor, or AASW-accredited Social Worker to join our Victorian team.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of physical and psychological claims
- Complete assessments that support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy team
- Achieve KPIs across RTW outcomes, quality and productivity
- Conduct Same Employer and New Employer Vocational Assessments
- Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Contribute positively to a values-driven team culture
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation, OR a placement completed within an occupational rehab setting
- Open to Provisional Psychologists
- Social Workers must hold full AASW accreditation
- Comcare accreditation (desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Passionate about delivering quality, client-centred outcomes
