SALES ADMINISTRATION & STOCK CONTROL

Permanent Position - Full Time or Part Time (Negotiable)

Looking for variety in your workday? Pohlmans Nursery, Australia's largest wholesale nursery on the Eastern Seaboard, has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic team player to join us in a combined Sales Administration & Stock Control role.

This permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, keeping things organised, and supporting smooth stock flow. With approx. 80% of your time focused on sales admin and 20% on stock control, no two days will be the same

What you'll be doing

Sales Administration

• Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
• Assist with order placement, product enquiries, and promotions
• Process orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service

Stock Control

• Maximise saleable stock ensuring only high-quality product goes to market
• Record and track stock movements accurately
• Assist with weekly production and stock requirement planning
• Liaise with the production team on availability and order needs

What we're looking for

• A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and great at multitasking
• Someone proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Previous experience in sales admin or stock control is a bonus, but not essential
