We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Pick Packer to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive the right products in perfect condition and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, labelling, and preparing skincare orders for shipment, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Responsible for picking and packing orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Product Labelling: Apply accurate product labels where applicable to each item, ensuring company labelling standards are met.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect products for quality, expiry dates, and damages before packing. Flag any irregularities to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
  • Order Accuracy: Double-check orders against packing slips to minimise errors and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Handling: Replenish picking stations and assist with stock takes when required.
  • Receiving Support: Assist with the unpacking and labelling of inbound deliveries during busy periods.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in compliance with company safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Other Duties: Perform general warehouse duties and support other warehouse operations as directed by management.
About You
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail—especially when handling and labelling products.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems like Shopify or ShipStation (desirable).
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience through accurate and efficient work.
