The Senior Manager, Cyber Security is responsible for leading the Group's Cyber Security function, driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide cyber security strategies and capabilities. This role ensures that cyber security remains a key consideration across all architectural roadmaps, technology solutions, and operational
practices.
Working in close partnership with business and technology stakeholders, the Senior Manager plays a critical role in aligning cyber security initiatives with organisational objectives while balancing the demands of strategic project delivery and business as usual
operations.
The role provides strong leadership to a multidisciplinary cyber security team, fostering collaboration and capability uplift to ensure proactive threat management and risk mitigation. It also involves shaping long-term strategic direction, ensuring the function evolves in step with business growth, emerging technologies, and changing risk and regulatory

Proven leadership in cyber and information security, including risk management methodologies and application of frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, CPS234, CPG235, and
