A unique opportunity has arisen to join our team as a permanent Casual Guest Service Agent. One Global Resorts is all about mentoring team members and progressing their careers and in the coming years we shall increase our group of hotels both in Australia and Internationally.

Applicants must be presentable, reliable, guest service driven, positive attitude and preference for those wanting a career in hotels. Offering minimum 20 hours, may flex to 38 hours.

Staff benefits include discounts within One Global Resorts Green Square & Barber Brothers Cafe, progression availability and complimentary car parking if you drive.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Providing exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. We want superstars that get name mentions.
  • Effective coordination of all guest arrival and departure procedures to keep us as the market leader in the industry and deliver a truly memorable experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys
  • Maintaining procedures in relation to transactions and accounting documentation.
  • Helping maintain the 5 star room and facilities standards.

Experience, skills & qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferable but not essential
  • Authentic customer service, interpersonal & communication skills & be flexible in your approach
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends including public holidays
  • Must have unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia
