• Have a minimum 3 years private practice experience.

The role

The hours required for this role are completely negotiable - anywhere from 15 hours to 38 hours a week is fine for the right applicant

You will treat mostly private musculoskeletal clients. 90% of our work is private clients.

Appointment lengths will be tailored to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience.

Role with immediate start.

We will consider applicants only with at least 3 years of experience who have a proven track record of maintaining a caseload.

Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists' salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $55 an hour.

Your salary package includes an incentive structure which allows you to take home an extra $15000-$25000 per year in performance based bonuses

You will have access to a CPD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring and a support network of local clinics.

About the clinic

Peakhurst Physio and Health is a boutique clinic established in 1982. Purchased by the current owner in 2020. The clinic was renovated in 2025 and doubled its footprint. It includes large private treatment spaces and dedicated gym/ exercise/ class space. We have also recently merged with another local clinic and are now offering Women's Health Services.

Our vision is to allow all members in our local community to live their lives without constraint. We have so far helped more than ten thousand people with pain and injury and that number is growing rapidly.

Comprising of a team of 5 physios with a combined average of 12 years of experience and a remedial massage therapist. We service clients with complex needs who go on to form strong bonds with their therapists over lasting periods. Our clients often require expert care and high levels of customer service with collaborative treatment.

We have a dedicated leadership team including a clinic owner/director with a small caseload allowing for full administrative support. We have a dedicated clinical lead physiotherapist; this means you will receive mentoring and coaching at every stage of your journey.

Our induction program and ongoing support will give you the best chance of success.

We have formal and informal clinical and non-clinical mentoring, and you will have the full support of the team.

Our goal is to see our therapists grow and develop their career. Whether this looks like management or leadership opportunities, partnership or clinic ownership. Our high income or lifestyle goal is for our physios to earn 6 figures and work the hours that suit them.
