About the Position:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (5 PAE) to join their close-knit team. This role offers exposure to a variety of sophisticated property law matters including residential and commercial transactions, subdivisions, off-the-plan developments, easements, and property structuring.

You'll be the key advisor to a range of clients including developers, investors, and small business owners—taking carriage of matters from instruction to settlement with autonomy and support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files end-to-end
  • Draft and advise on off-the-plan contracts and titling structures
  • Navigate easements, subdivisions, and Land Titles Office dealings
  • Provide advice on commercial leasing, business sales, and property development
  • Work on retirement village and manufactured home agreements
  • Assist with estate planning and asset structuring where required
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders in a consultative, solutions-driven way
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in Property Law, ideally in private practice
  • Proven ability to run files autonomously from start to finish
  • Experience with PEXA, QRO, and ATO processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple matters
  • Experience in wills & estates or commercial advisory work is highly regarded
  • Friendly and team-oriented personality
