Teacher's Aide

Part time temporaryposition for the period 27 January 2026 to 26 January 2027

30 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Applicants must:

  • hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
  • have a minimum Certificate III in Education Support
  • comply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

  • a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school
  • experience in working with a range of children with special needs is an advantage
  • awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen
  • ability to successfully implement programs and document progress regarding individual and/or small group support
  • preparedness to undergo further training in aiding children with special needs
  • experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment
