Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist – Perth Based | Full-Time or Contract

We're looking for a
Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist
to join our Perth team, with the option of a
permanent full-time role or contract engagement (operating as a PTY LTD if contracting).

About the Opportunity

You'll support individuals on their recovery and return-to-work journey with a client-centred approach that prioritises health and wellbeing.

Your caseload will be varied including Workers Compensation and WHS assessments, with a strong focus on
psychological injury claims
. You'll be supporting professionals such as teachers, school leaders, and support staff, providing guidance that truly makes a difference.

If you're experienced in public service environments and understand the unique challenges of return-to-work, you'll thrive here. But if you're newer to this space, don't worry, we'll provide training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a collaborative team, and brings both care and professionalism to every client interaction.

About You

  • A degree in Rehab Counselling or Psychology
  • AHPRA or ASORC accreditation
  • A genuine passion for helping people live healthier, more independent lives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driver's licence and access to a car
