The Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Water South Team as a Supervisor. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of water treatment and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of water system operators and technicians.

Skills and experience
  • Supervise and coordinate staff involved in the operation, maintenance, and repair of water supply and treatment systems
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff
  • A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
