Goodlife Carindale is looking for trainers who are passionate about meeting members, creating relationships and helping clients to achieve their results. We want trainers who understand that reliability, punctuality and great customer service are the cornerstones of a great PT business.

Becoming a Personal Trainer with Goodlife comes with its perks of an all-club membership with 24/7 gym access to any Goodlife, giving PTs flexibility with their own training and availability, as well as a 2-day induction covering sales, lead generation and business management to help them hit the ground running with their new career. PTs have access to our industry-leading Training and Development, proven lead generation and client-building programs to ensure a PTs success in the industry as well as one-on-one mentoring by the Personal Training Manager throughout their career.

  • 2-day Induction; covering Sales, Lead Generation and Business Management
  • 12-week Goodlife Training and Development Program
  • Proven in-club Lead Generation and Client Building Programs
  • Ongoing 1-on-1 Mentoring by your Personal Training Manager

Skills And Experience

  • Certificates IV in Fitness
  • First Aid and CPR
  • ABN
  • Fitness Registration (highly regarded)

No previous experience necessary just a great attitude and a willingness to learn from the best in the business.
