Are you an experienced Bartender/Barista/Waiter & keen to join our team?

Are you looking for some extra hours or are you looking for Casual Position after school or Uni at Townsville Pizzeria Bar & Grill still have multiple remaining Bartender/Barista/Waiter position available as we work towards bringing our vision to life. This position will involve working 3-5 days/week between 12pm- 10pm,

Primary Responsibilities

  • Elevate dining experiences with your personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
  • Upselling isn't just about numbers; it's about crafting an unforgettable experience that leaves our guests craving for more.
  • Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge
  • Confidently communicate with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
  • Take pride in your space, setting up and packing service areas meticulously

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
  • Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
  • Brings a positive attitude of gratitude to everything they do.
  • Is happy to assist in whatever way is required (this role will involve dishes & cleaning)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Bartending: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Barista: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • RSA (Preferred)
