Your Opportunity: We're hiring for multiple roles including:

  • Room Attendant
  • Houseperson

  • Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Depending on your role, you may:

  • Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Assist with linen delivery, waste removal, and guest requests.
  • Ensure public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms are spotless and welcoming.
  • Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service (Supervisor role).
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to create a harmonious work environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Thrive in a physical role that requires stamina and agility.
  • Work efficiently and thoroughly to meet high standards.

The Ideal Candidate: To shine in these roles, you'll need:

  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.
  • Physical agility and stamina to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Leadership experience (for Supervisor applicants) and a drive to mentor others.
