Salesforce CPQ Tester

Support a business-critical Salesforce CPQ program across multiple business streams, validating and optimising end-user product, pricing, and quoting processes.

We're working with a large enterprise that has recently completed the implementation of Salesforce CPQ and is now seeking an experienced Tester to ensure the system is delivering optimal outcomes from an end-user perspective.

This program will span across multiple business streams such as Business, Residential, Movements, Digital, Operations, and Strategy, making this an opportunity to influence the quoting process at scale. The role focuses on validating CPQ configurations, testing product and pricing logic, and ensuring quoting flows are intuitive and robust for sales and customer teams.

You'll be the key link between product managers, pricing analysts, and technical teams, providing structured test cases, identifying issues, and recommending improvements that will streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

• Test Salesforce CPQ configurations for accuracy, usability, and performance.
• Validate pricing logic, discount rules, product bundles, and quote templates.
• Simulate end-user scenarios across sales and quoting workflows.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, or user experience issues, and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, pricing analysts, and developers to drive improvements.
• Document test cases and results to support continuous system optimisation.

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates).
• Strong understanding of product and pricing structures within CPQ.
• Experience in end-user testing, with the ability to replicate real-world sales and quoting scenarios.
• Familiarity with the quote-to-cash process, from product selection through to order submission.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start. Candidates must be based in Australia, with a strong preference for those located in Perth. Remote applicants will also be considered if they are able to align their working hours with Perth time zone.
