Looking for CSSD Technician Part Time / Casual

Are you an experienced CSSD Technician with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care?

About Geelong Day Surgery:

A purpose-built day procedure centre with two operating theatres and seven recovery beds, located on Princes Highway in Norlane (North Geelong)."

About you:

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum Sterilisation Services Certificate III or IV
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant infection control standards and sterilisation guidelines including AS/NZS 4187
  • Experience and competence working in all areas of CSSD an ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the application of infection prevention and control practices, as well as OHS requirements as they relate to sterilizing services
  • Excellent computer skills in word, excel
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
