About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand – Packer to join our Burleigh Heads production team. We are open to this role being permanent or casual.

This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring all framed artwork and print orders are packed, handled and dispatched safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard. You'll work closely with our framing and production teams to prepare, fit, and package artworks ready for delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack and prepare framed artwork and prints securely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Assist with frame fitting and support the framing team to meet production targets.
  • Help with artwork hanging and installation in gallery or showroom spaces.
  • Monitor and restock packing materials and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
