We are seeking Release Train Engineers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As a Release Train Engineer, you'll be a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating key events, processes and supporting teams in delivering value. You'll drive the application of Agile and Scrum principles across all teams within the release train and ensure your teams maintain high standards of technical and professional expertise while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will facilitate the ART and Solution Train processes and execution, respectively. You'll escalate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and help drive improvement. You'll participate in the Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the new processes and mindsets. You'll promote the use and guide delivery of Scaled Agile principles to meet the organisation's needs, adhering to ATO Scaled Agile Ways of Working.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Wollongong.
