Flooring Sales - Timber Floors, Carpet & Vinyl

Carpet Court is Australia's largest flooring retailer with locations across the country. The position is located at Chadstone in Victoria. We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant and Quotation Person to join our team in Chadstone, VIC.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and preparing detailed quotations for our range of high-quality flooring products and installation services.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their flooring requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Conducting site visits to measure and assess customer's site to provide accurate quotations
  • Preparing detailed, competitive quotations for flooring products and installation services
  • Closing sales by converting customer enquiries into confirmed orders
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales data
  • Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local community

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous floor covering Experience -1 years minimum preferable.
  • Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License is essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
