Join us as a System Administrator and play a vital role in supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of our organisation's ICT systems. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring our systems are secure, available, and performing at their best. In this dynamic environment, you'll balance competing priorities, respond to customer support requests, and help build technical capability across the team.
You'll be responsible for the administration, configuration and support of complex ICT systems, specifically supporting activities around machinery of government changes. This includes supporting the movement of staff entities, their core ICT services and maintaining business continuity. This role requires monitoring, analysing, and reporting on system access and performance, proactively identifying business risks and opportunities, and ensuring all system changes follow governance processes. Expect a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines and complex challenges across multiple platforms and technologies.

Relevant industry certification for ICT systems, platforms and or services or equivalent experience
