A hands on position exists for an individual to assist in coordinating the Store at the Port Lincoln Slipway situated at Billy Lights Point Port Lincoln. This is a fulltime position with Saturday mornings a requirement.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Coordination of the Port Lincoln Slipway Store
  • Manage Counter Sales
  • Generate daily accrual sheets for customers during dockings
  • Dispatching and receiving goods & stock control
  • Coding of all invoices
  • Data entry for all Slipway jobs, Invoicing and timesheets
  • Procurement and Sales
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Maintain IMS for Slipway, Staff, Plant & Equipment and legislative requirements
  • Keep front of house neat and tidy
  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace

YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

  • Previous experience in a Store or Spare parts position
  • Sound mechanical knowledge
  • Sound Excel & data input skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills and strong work ethic
  • Forklift licence an advantage
