Your new company

Are you an experienced groundsperson looking for a fresh challenge? We are on the lookout for an experienced groundsperson who is passionate about maintaining and improving outdoor spaces. You will be supporting clients across the Gold Coast in a casual capacity, working 38/40 hours per week. If you take pride in your work and enjoying being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.

Your new role

  • Carry out routine care of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, walkways, and parking zones to ensure a well-kept appearance.
  • Ability to complete the following tasks: weeding, planting, hedging, pruning, mowing and any ad-hoc tasks required.
  • Ability to operate and maintain all required equipment.
  • Remove litter, debris, and garden waste promptly to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.
  • Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and adhere to all relevant environmental regulations and occupational health and safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • White card & valid driver's licence
  • Physically fit, punctual and having a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery and tools provided
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Have or ability to obtain a working with children's check (site specific)
