Who They're Looking For

Looking for internationally qualified academics- Australia- who bring a global perspective to early childhood pedagogy, curriculum, and teacher preparation. You will be joining a vibrant, diverse academic environment and contributing to the development of future educators in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and/or postgraduate ECE programs.
  • Design and develop course content that aligns with international and regional accreditation standards.
  • Supervise student research, practicum placements, and final-year projects.
  • Engage in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.
  • Participate in curriculum review, quality assurance processes, and program development.
  • Build collaborative relationships with schools, nurseries, and education stakeholders in the UAE.


Qualifications & Experience

For Lecturer roles:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Familiarity with international early childhood frameworks (EYLF, Reggio Emilia, Te Whāriki, etc.).

For Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor roles:

  • PhD in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education.
  • A strong research portfolio with peer-reviewed publications.
  • Experience supervising postgraduate students and leading academic teams is highly desirable.
